Estimates and inspections are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Although we will try our best to accommodate your schedule, we cannot guarantee a same-day or next-day visit. 

All estimates and inspections are free with no-obligation. Any written reports as a result of an evaluation will incur an cost. 

Estimates are processed manually in the order received. Typical processing time is within 3 business days. Please call our office if it's been more than 3 days and you have not received an estimate.

 All estimates are valid for 60 days from the time that they are created. After the 60 day period, prices are subject to change due to unforeseen labor or material expenses. 

All projects over $1,000 in value require a deposit and signed agreement to secure the project. 

You have 3 days to cancel an agreement after it's been signed without penalty. 

Discounts and special offers cannot be combined.

Although we do not guarantee a price match with another contractor, prices are negotiable under special circumstances.

Warranties are included with all major installations for which is issued to the buyer/owner after final  payment has been received. 

Premium General Contractor has the right to issue a change order or charge additionally for any work discovered during a project for which is not included in the original estimate or contract agreement.
