Roof Repairs

We repair roofs that may not be ready for a complete replacement. Reasons to repair a roof may include broken or split shingles, improper flashing installation, leaky roof and poor ventilation. The type of repair necessary is determined at the initial consultation.

Complete Asphalt Shingle Roof Installation

Most asphalt shingles will last anywhere from 15-30 years. If too many shingles are damaged or missing or if it has been more than 15 years than the last installation, it may be time for a new roof.

The process involves involves the same fundamental steps: This includes tearing off old roof, replacing any damaged plywood, placing the synthetic felt underlayment and installing the new shingles. Our labor crew will dispose of all trash and pass a magnet to make sure all of the nails and tiny parts gets disposed properly. We have experience installing all types of shingles and default to using the highest quality materials on the market. Due to the many choices of shingle we will inform all clients of their options as well as the pros and cons when browsing for a brand, design and color.

Flat Roof Installation

Flat roofs are common on commercial buildings or residential homes where the pitch is low or flat. There are two types of flat roofs that we install.

EPDM Roofs

A durable yet flexible synthetic rubber material that is meant to last 25-30 years. This type of flat roof is usually installed with fasteners with the seams fused with special tape.

TPO

TPO is another type of flat roof that is less durable than EPDM roofs but does an excellent job at reflecting sunlight due to its light color and therefore reducing heating and air conditioning costs.
